Shipping policy

Our Standard Free shipping takes about 2-4 weeks to reach the customer from the date of the order. This is because, to save costs we have to batch all shipments into a general area in one shipment. So we wait a certain number of days till our shipment quota is fulfilled before dispatching the products. For example, if we receive 1 order from texas - we will wait x number of days to see if we have more orders from that state and then dispatch all of them together to save costs.

For expedited Shipping, we charge a premium and ship using express courier such as DHL/FedEx and is received within 1-2 weeks by the customer from the date of the order.
